need people,
not a price.

EU Market entry US Market entry CN Sourcing & negotiation

Bridge is our consulting arm. You get a small, senior team that has spent careers on both sides of the Europe to Asia trade.

We work as part of your company.

Not as a broker taking a cut of every deal. Priced per project or on a monthly retainer, agreed in writing before we start.

In plain words

Bridge is custom consulting. When your question is bigger than the price of one product, we put people on it: market entry, finding and vetting partners, negotiating, and running the operation on the ground until it stands on its own.

The first conversation is free and confidential. If we are not the right people for the job, we will say so.

01 / Who this is for

You already know
what you want to do.

You are stuck on how. These are the situations clients come to us with, and all of them are too specific for a standard service.

I.

Entering a new market

You make something good and want to sell it in Europe or the United States. You need someone on the ground who knows the rules, the buyers, and what the market will actually pay.

II.

A supply chain that is not working

Late deliveries, quality that drifts, a supplier who stopped answering. You need somebody in the same time zone as the factory to find out why and fix it.

III.

A deal you cannot read

You are negotiating with a Chinese counterparty and cannot tell what is really being said, what is normal, and where you are being tested.

IV.

You need someone local

You need a European or American presence: meetings, partners, authorities, and someone who can sign and be held to it.

02 / What we do

We work in both directions.

The job is the same underneath: remove friction, protect your position, and build something that outlasts a single contract. What changes is which way across the bridge you are going.

Asia
to the West Market entry & representation

For manufacturers who want to sell into Europe or America and need someone there.

I.

Commercial representation

We act as your commercial partner on the ground: partner talks, meetings with authorities, and the daily decisions, taken in your interest.

II.

Regulation and compliance

CE marking, type approval, import compliance, tax structure, product liability. We turn a wall of EU bureaucracy into a sequenced plan and then work through it.

III.

Building the partner network

We find, check and negotiate with distributors, dealers and service networks across Europe, and match you with the ones that actually fit what you make.

IV.

Operations on the ground

Logistics, warehousing, parts supply, after-sales, local hiring. The unglamorous part that decides whether the market entry works at all.

The West
to Asia Sourcing & negotiation

For companies buying in Asia who want to stop guessing what is happening at the other end.

I.

Finding and checking suppliers

Identifying credible manufacturers, verifying their record, and filtering out the rest. The wrong supplier does not just cost money, it costs a year.

II.

Negotiation support

We sit on your side of the table, in Mandarin when it matters. We read the room, notice what is not being said, and protect your position.

III.

Contracts and IP

Agreements reviewed against both European and Chinese commercial practice, structured to actually hold, with your intellectual property protected before it is too late.

IV.

Avoiding the usual mistakes

Most first-time buyers lose months to the same few errors in payment terms, quality control, shipping terms or cultural misreads. We have seen them and we steer around them.

The hard part is rarely the price. It is knowing what the other side is really saying, what is normal, and where you are being tested.

03 / How a project runs

Five phases. First call to running on its own.

01

Agreement

A first meeting, a mutual NDA, and a written scope of what we will and will not do. No ambiguity about money or commitments.

02

Consultation

An honest read of the market, the segment, the regulations and the realistic commercial path. We tell you what the market will actually absorb, including when the answer is "not much".

03

Representation

We negotiate with counterparties in your name, on the ground and online, in the right language and the right tone for each side.

04

Execution

Contracts signed, approvals cleared, logistics opened, sales launched. The moving parts put in place and tested.

05

Long-term support

Commercial, legal and operational support as the business grows. New products, new segments, new countries. We plan the next phase with you.

04 / Why us

We are not a broker.
We are a partner.

Commissions disappear after the first deal. We take fewer clients, commit properly to each, and grow with them, which is the only way this kind of work compounds.

I.

We live both markets.

Not "we know somebody in Shanghai". Our team has worked inside the Chinese supply chain and inside European manufacturing for over a decade. Closing that distance is the job.

II.

Paid for work, not deals.

A fee you agree up front, not a cut of every transaction. We have no reason to push you into a deal that should not happen.

III.

One client per category.

For each client we represent, we choose one path and stand behind it. No conflicting mandates, no dilution, no working for your competitor next month.

06 / Questions

Before the first call.

It depends on the scope and how long you need us. Small advisory projects are priced as a fixed fee. Ongoing representation is a monthly retainer. We give you the figure in writing after the first call, and the first call is free.

Factory-direct is a product: you send a photo, we quote a delivered price. Bridge is people. It is for situations where the question is not the price of one product but how to enter a market, structure a deal, or fix a supply chain that is not working.

Yes. Our deepest experience is automotive and industrial manufacturing, but the work of entering a market, vetting partners and negotiating contracts is much the same in any sector.

No. For each client we take on in a given category and market, we work with that client only. That is written into the agreement before anything starts.

We can act as your commercial representative and handle the day-to-day. Where formal legal representation is needed, we work with Slovak and EU counsel and coordinate them for you.

Slovak, Czech, English, German and Mandarin, all in-house. No interpreters and nothing lost between the two sides of the table.

The first call is free, confidential and puts you under no obligation. If we are not the right people for it, we will tell you that too.
