Trade supervision is carried out by the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, SOI), Inspectorate for the Bratislava region.
Data protection supervision is carried out by the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and are not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Our services are aimed at businesses rather than consumers. Where a client is a consumer, that client's statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this site.
