Before you send it

The five things people ask.

It goes to one person on our desk and nowhere else. We do not show it to factories, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build a list for anyone. If you want it deleted after we quote, say so in the box and we delete it.

No. We never approach the company on your invoice, and we never tell a factory who you are until you have agreed to buy. Sourcing runs on customs records and our own contacts, not on your relationships.

Yes. You get a delivered price with duty and freight already in it, and you owe nothing for it. We only charge if you decide to order, and the fee is one visible line on the quote.

Then we tell you that. It happens, and it is a short email. You keep your supplier and we have cost you nothing but the 72 hours.

Less than you think. A part number, a photo of the box, or an old invoice is enough to start. If something is missing we ask you in the chat right after you send this.
